The Planning & Land Use Committee reviews development proposals and policy issues affecting the Arts District and Little Tokyo. The committee evaluates projects such as land development, conditional use permits, mobility, transportation, and homelessness initiatives, and works to gather and communicate community input before making recommendations to the Board.
