Our Voice at City Hall

The Arts District Little Tokyo Neighborhood Council is a City-chartered body that advises the City of Los Angeles and its elected officials on matters affecting the Arts District and Little Tokyo. We give residents, businesses, property owners, and nonprofits a direct channel to City decision-makers on the issues that shape our neighborhoods.

Our 15-member Board reflects both neighborhoods equally, seven seats each for the Arts District and Little Tokyo plus one at-large seat, with representation for residents, business owners, property owners, and nonprofits within each. We advise City leaders, support local initiatives, and work to protect and enhance the physical, cultural, and civic vitality of the Arts District and Little Tokyo.
